• Our incense is stored in a dark, temperature controlled environment and is shipped fresh within 48 hours of ordering.
• All orders are well padded, packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
• USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-5 days from the shipping date.
• Flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada
• The shipping rate for International orders is $11.95

How much is shipping?

• We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 per order for the US and Canada.
• Our International Shipping rate is $11.95
• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $25

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our goal is to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible.  The following procedures are in place for expeditious shipping and receiving of your purchases. 

• All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
• Orders under 25 lbs. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-5 days from the shipping date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Visa is our preferred method of payment.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return you order for 100% refund, conditions applying. Returns are at your expense,  but we do not charge any restocking fees.  You will receive a credit for the full value of the products you return to us in their original condition.

• All refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase the products.
• Amount refunded is minus original shipping charges.
• At least 90% of the order must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of product.
