Hem Anti-Stress Incense Review

Hem Anti-Stress Incense Review

One of the reasons that you burn incense is to relieve stress and take a short mental vacation from the world.  So with a name like “Anti-Stress” Hem is aiming squarely at that target.  I am happy to report they created a product that could live up to the name on the box.  Now, incense won’t magically remove all of your stress and lower your blood pressure.  You have to be an active participant and control your breathing and your muscles.  Incense can help though and that is where this stick comes in.

The scent is pleasant.  Floral and warm with notes of lavender, chamomile, jasmine and I suspect patchouli.  So the scent is pleasant and soothing without being too heavy on the perfume, too clean on the top notes or too earthy on the bottom.  It occupies a pretty good middle ground and that makes it non-distracting and easy to meditate or daydream with.  In fact, it is pretty easy to close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded by exotic, tropical flowers in a jungle glade.  Except without all the stinging and biting insects.

All around good stick to relax and daydream with.  You can try it here.
